• Having the mind of Christ includes the willingness to serve mankind to the point of being willing to die for them. Christ did not leave anybody out when He took care of the greatest need of humanity—salvation made possible by the death, burial, and resurrection is a high bar of service.
• A leader is one who serves others instead of ruling over them with power.
• A leader is willing to keep on serving others even if they do not appreciate you or even take advantage of you

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.
